High school was much easier than the politics at SXM. In the past, SXM paid very well. But with cuts to bonus payouts, and paltry increases, the great resignation has made that statement obsolete. When your compensation goes down year over year, yet workload increases year over year, it equates to a company that doesn't value their employees. Half day Fridays are wonderful but don't make up for it.
