One out of five: do not recommend. If you're looking to be demeaned daily and ruled by a secret society of decision makers, then this is the place for you. There is no autonomy allowed demonstrated by high titled employees not empowered to make decisions. Decisions only come from above, and everyone is told to just say yes. Expect a review process that is both meaningless and humiliating at the same time, as well as a promotion process that's just a popularity contest. High school was much easier than the politics at SXM.
In the past, SXM paid very well. But with cuts to bonus payouts, and paltry increases, the great resignation has made that statement obsolete. When your compensation goes down year over year, yet workload increases year over year, it equates to a company that doesn't value their employees. Half day Fridays are wonderful but don't make up for it.
