      - Supportive teams - Managers genuinely interested in helping you reach your potential and concerned for your wellbeing - A product team that WANTS to hear product feedback and act on it - Engagement from upper management and access to them to ask questions that I have never seen at any other multi national company

      - Benefits for an IT company could be a little more competitive to be in par with similar companies in the city

      * Strong work-life balance, with flexibility and freedom in how work is done * Supportive and positive environment where people feel valued * Genuine care for employees’ well-being * Great culture with approachable and collaborative colleagues * Opportunities to grow and contribute without being micromanaged

      Cons

      * Some processes could be more streamlined as the company grows * Communication between departments and cross-team collaboration could be improved * At times, decisions take longer than expected to be implemented
