      Working at SiteMinder has been an incredibly rewarding experience. It’s a company that truly values you as a person, not just as an employee. The flexibility offered — especially for those with families — makes a big difference in achieving a healthy work–life balance. What I appreciate most is the genuine focus on growth and development. SiteMinder provides plenty of opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and progress within the company. On top of that, the leadership is supportive, approachable, and committed to helping us succeed, both professionally and personally. It’s inspiring to be part of an organization where you feel appreciated, empowered, and encouraged to grow every day.

      Cons

      Working at SiteMinder has been a truly positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and colleagues are supportive and collaborative. The location in Barcelona is excellent, and the company offers a competitive salary along with private health insurance. I especially value the healthy work-life balance thanks to the hybrid work model. SiteMinder’s values are well-reflected in the day-to-day culture, and there are plenty of opportunities for training and development. Team-building activities also make the environment even more engaging and enjoyable. Honestly, I don’t have any cons to mention—my experience here has been nothing but positive.

      - Supportive and effective management with no micromanaging - Flexibility to manage my own schedule - Hybrid setup: only two days in the office, the rest from home - Friendly and welcoming colleagues - Positive and collaborative atmosphere - Modern and well-located office in Barcelona

Also great to see that you feel supported by your manager and have autonomy. Whereas we don't have a bonus specifcially liked to targets for Cutomer teams , I hope you can see how high performance against targets is rewarded in other ways e.g. opportnity to progress via the Career Pathway with associated salary increase, opportunity to receive a higher performance rating at year end etc Please do reach out if you would like to discuss in more detail and thanks again!
