Our Career Pathways framework really supports employees on their growth and development journey within customer teams and we also have lots of secondment opportunities which are a great way of acquiring new skills and getting exposure to different departments! Our hybrid work model we hope is in itself a benefit! We do support with home office equipment and would encourage that you research tax relief on home expenses including electricity, heating, broadband etc
