Pros

I've been working with Siteminder for over 2 years now and I had the best time of my career cause the culture at SM is incredible. People are always warm and with my role as a business analyst I will have to connect with multiple people. The management always sets reasonable targets that keep us motivated to achieve them and very frequently, we get awesome goodies whenever we deliver good results to our project.

Cons

There are no major cons, but if someone is looking for a very technical challenging role this might not be the right place cause this is product based company.

Pros

Good, inclusive and collaborative team culture. Employees are smart and know their stuff. Plenty of opportunities to get involved in different projects. Free snacks and drinks, team lunches and events. A good all-round bunch to work with.

Cons

Fast paced environment. Employee shares could be better. Compared to other companies, they don't give you much. Promotions are concentrated in Product and not in Engineering or Design.
