      Growing pains are a real thing, but wake up, management!

      Pros

      The environment is relaxed. Your direct management is right by your side. It is a great place for someone coming out of college and looking for a transitional job before getting a job that pays well. They allow you to fail time and time again.

      Cons

      They know they need to pay you more, but they don't. If they like you, they will do anything to keep you. If not, they will make it hard for you to succeed. The management is trying to make changes, but until they figure out their own structure (comp plan, roles, territories, etc.), it will be a tough place to make good money at unless you have been there for 3+ years. Cool perks on paper, but don't believe everything you read. Transparency is difficult for them to grasp.

      Pros

      Was a nice job to get some phone sales experience and decide if that line of work is for you or not.

      Cons

      Difficult internal structure to meet goals of efficiency, and at times it proved difficult to follow a Sales cycle through the company structure.
