      You can make an impact. Flexible with your needs/schedule, management listens to feedback, fast-paced, nice people.

      Cons

      HQ in Sydney so there are global challenges if you are in a satellite office. No office drinks.

      Pros

      SiteMinder rewards hard work. Not only do they ask for your feedback, but they respond and action it immediately. Anyone at the company, not just managers, have the ability to directly impact the business and the processes that we put into place. We work hard and we play hard, there is always some fun competition or opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues. I continue to come to work each day because of the people around me that make up our amazing culture.

      Cons

      This is a high change environment and moves at a quick pace, if you can't keep up with the pace and the amount of change, it can be difficult. On the other hand, if you aren't looking to do the same thing day in and day out, this is the place for you!

      - Great company atmosphere - Fantastic coworkers - Top Management listens to you - The work is so enjoyable - Wonderful communication and transparency - Benefits and compensation - Pay

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are "limited" based on the size of the office, but I should mention that the office is quickly growing :D. I'll call this growing in a slow- strategic way.
