bad management: * bullying * favouritism * nepotism unusually high staff turnover micromanagement useless HR toxic workplace environment joining them was a huge mistake and I'm glad I'm not part of that horrible mess any more

A toxic work place one of worse I have ever seen in my long career. Underpaid and overworked and no reward. They lie to you to keep you happy they are posting fake positive review on glassdoor to bring up score. Not one person happy at this company please avoid.......many senior managers quitting and leaving!!!! This means something big (not good). Many people quitting and many more planning to quit. Look somewhere else for a job it is not worth it

-Strong political -People growth are limited -Promoting people based on favouritism -Do not care about loyalty employees, only those in the senior positions -Voices of non senior positions won’t be heard or listened -Promoting so many directors but made redundant many of those below positions. -Treating employees as just numbers
