Our Sales teams as always have a critical part to play in the delivery of our 2023 and beyond plans and we support our sales teams with an incredible career pathway. Sales is an incredible, sometimes challenging vocation. My own experience working with sales teams and their managers is that micromanagement is not a welcome addition to any team wanting to be successful. Having seen experience of this type of management process within other sales organisations I have worked in, I can say first hand, how positively our SiteMinder Sales managers engage with their support teams to ensure that our coaching, training and support allows us to ensure every sales colleague reaches their potential.
