Used to be a great place to work for with a very fun family culture but not anymore...
Pros
- Office location is at the rocks area, - There used to be a lot of great tech guys in the company who are very cool to work with. - Free breakfast, fruits, cookies.
Cons
I agree from the previous review that there is a real good reason why this company keeps on hiring. Good employees have been leaving one by one yet the company is not doing anything about it. Instead, they keep on posting new job ads and blindly believes they can hire better people. Blaming culture is rampant in the company. You do not get credit for all the right things you've been doing but spotlight immediately goes to you when you do something wrong. Teamwork is not applicable when something goes wrong and people are great at pointing fingers instead of helping each other.
