Pros

No pros at all whatsoever.

Cons

They'll make stories not to pay your commission. They ruined my life, they held 5000 commission check I made and made up excuses not to pay me. You work crazy overtime and you don't get paid for that although they say they pay overtime but they don't. The environment is toxic, coworkers hate each other, there has been even fist fights at work. There's no consequences for wrong doing, just don't go there.

Pros

The ability to see new what new vehicles have to offer and the technology that keeps you safe is definitely a plus.

Cons

Commissions were low because the fleet was not well organized leading to missed sales opportunities because vehicles would take to long to arrive for the customer. Management wouldn’t understand this and would punish multiple sales people to overnight shifts leading you out because there was barely any reservations to help your numbers reach better shift opportunities.
