Cons

I’ve spent years with this company and they do not care about their employees at all. They keep raising Customer survey expectation scores so they can eat your commission alive . They only care about their money and taking your hard earned money from you . No room for growth.

Great work environment and hours. Your work team become your family away from home. After awhile you'll probably know more about them then you do your own family.

Cons

No pay increases ever!! Annual reviews mean nothing. Only way to make more money is to get promoted.
