Pros

Good experience gained- can take advantage of this to find a better company after and find true career.

Cons

Applicant tracking system - this company actually switched from a totally compliant ATS (ICIMS) to a homemade highly questionable, in house system from the Stone Age ...Example : age & disabilities status would show on APPLICATIONS.! Global HR were warned and made aware numerous times over the course of one year. With no changes made, within a timeframe like this, that is highly unethical. Pay- one of the lowest paying companies nationwide, across the board, every role, every region .....Budgeting wise, Managers are forced to “ lowball” applicants and choose from unskilled candidates for positions. Example: An outsides sales role based out of Manhattan, NY with a base salary of well under 50k & capped commission is not exactly what I would call “competitive” in any way. 401K-not sure if they even still have a 401k but the plan is virtually nothing, ask for yourself... Growth-not much room for advancement. Don’t let the social media employee’s flashy ads and cool website fool you! Most cases people are given responsibilities and or higher titles with no increase or change in pay. I encourage you to do some research and maybe speak to a former employee before you take a position here, :)

Pros

there are none. The positive reviews on here are a bunch of lies.

Cons

they don't have a worker's council - they are famous for firing people who attempt to start one. if you are sick, they will take the sick days off of your holidays. so if you are in the hospital for a week, you don't get a single day off all year. they treat their employees poorly and encourage aggressive behavior in managers. I worked a 15 hour shift once (no overtime pay), drove home, 3 hours later I was called in to work again. I told HR, they told me to go back to work. They dont care - they are busy writing themselves reviews on Glassdoor. Worst company I ever worked for - never again.

Pros

I enjoyed the culture in headquarters along with the growth opportunities in the Miami Airport location. Compensation was good, Given a $600 monthly guarantee for your first six months of employment. I met many good people while working there.

Cons

Fraud and deception is the main sales "STRATEGY" used by “ALL” top performing sales reps. This creates a problem for people like me who did not succumb to such behavior. Telling customers that they NEED liability to be able to drive in Florida, telling customers that they NEED the toll package if they are going to be using the highways, selling one service at a specific price without telling the customer that they are actually paying for another two services they did not request within the price you quoted, after telling them they “HAD TO BUY IT”. It’s shameful! Management approves of this behavior, they are aware of it even thou they create the illusion that they aren’t, they also expect his behavior from you, their main concern is having the branches IRPD over 22.00, a very important metric used by corporate to calculate your monthly commission payout. Schedule: The schedule was also a big factor in me quitting. There is no consistency! You get the new schedules every two weeks with different variation of time. You might come in one day from “5am – 1pm” followed by “2:30pm – 10:30pm” followed by “6pm – 2am.” Horrific work life balance! Management: Most of the managers I came across lacked basic leadership skills. I was ridiculed by two of them due to the way I communicate with people. I get the feeling these people are managers due to their tenure with the company and not their ability to lead a team.

Hi there, we’re glad you enjoyed the team along with the competitive compensation structure. One of our priorities is providing ample growth opportunities as we promote from within. Preventing fraud is one of our main objectives at all locations. We take it very seriously as customer service and our team are number one; therefore, we terminate for fraud. As far as schedule concerns, we no longer have shifts that are turnaround schedules, unless you switch your schedules. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. In the future, let your HR business partner know.
