Pros

Commission structure is the best in the industry and when compared to other sales jobs this is by far the easiest. Warm lead and great rewards, Premium cars Continual training Great work life balance Constant reward for being part of the team (covid bonus, team rewards, extra holidays)

Cons

Weekends and evenings but the rota is fair and the pay outweighs this If you want your day to be stress free you have to be prepared to arrive earlier than your shift time.
