Pros

- Great pool of talent to learn from all over the world. - Top-notch tech and platform. - Freedom to push ideas w/o checking your title. - Average-competitive salary & benefits - New CEOs have shown they care about employees and have a good vision for the company.

Cons

- Although the Tech department is quite Tech-oriented. All the rest of the departments are very much "old-way" which makes it sometimes difficult to drive topics that involve them. - There's no super established career path to grow if you need one. - Tech is distributed in 3 locations, with different working cultures, sometimes creating disputes/disagreements. - The office is quite far from the city.

After joining I really felt part of the Sixt family. The company listens to its employees and makes changes when needed. Its a great place to work where no 2 days are the same. Sixt loves celebrating success!

Cons

Every employee in any company will have frustrations, that is simple human nature.
