Fun Environment. Cool Uniforms, Young Company, Room for growth

Cons

Cars aren't always available. Young Management with little experience managing or leading people.

This is usually due to the amount of walk-up customers, the time of year, late returns, etc. However, we always have a solution we can offer our customers that your managers or supervisors can assist you with. Pretty Good

Pros

Make base pay every check. which is pretty decent. You will always get hours. and if you need days off for trips or a random weekend they are pretty cool about that.

Cons

I work at a slower branch so the opportunity for more commission is not as great. overall sixt is a great company. I would recommend it. customers can be pretty mean.

We are happy to hear that you are enjoying your time at Sixt and appreciate the pay and time off structure that we offer. As you mentioned the downtown locations are not as busy as the airports, however, you have the opportunity to spend more time with your customers and that can result in higher commission. Thank you for your feedback as well. We have implemented refresher training for our current employees recently so you will see more of this in the future.
