Pros

Very fun and stable company, geared towards employee and customer satisfaction. The cars are pretty great too!

Cons

Can at times be micro-managing to hit numbers. Can be tough to hit numbers if upper management doesn't do their fleet planning.

Rental Sales Agent

Pros

Young team, uncapped bonus, shift patterns, promise of progression, ongoing trainings.

Cons

Your colleagues (most of them) will always look out for themselves only, nobody is really your friend, backstabbing all the way. The High Management is terrible and you're basically a nobody, if you have an issue do not expect it looked into. A lot of things you need to do on your own (sometimes run the whole office by yourself) and organise it all, which is a lot of stress, the money is not good 7.80 ph before tax.. The uncapped bonus sounds amazing but that's about it. Your bonus depends on your branch rating which also relates to the customers reviews but you can never get it up to the point where you earn a decent bonus because there is always customers complaining and its never ending .... The holidays you have 20 days and you cant take more than 10 at once... Overtime is paid but not really allowed so when you do do overtimes you get told off or you get a day off and not paid it. You have no social life as the shifts vary. Was promised progression in the beginning.. Now after a year with them there is no sign of it and even if you progress it would be to a SENIOR rental sales agent which has only 2k on top of the normal RSA salary.. Preposterous. So thats not really motivating or making you stick with them
