A good place to work for people who can't find a job anywhere else

Pros

They are not picky when it comes to who they hire. Not a lot og people are willing to put up with this kind of treatment so if you are willing to work 50 hours a week for a small salary you are hired.

Cons

It is seriously like being back in Kindergarden. Nobody knows what they are doing, everyone blames evryone else for their mistakes. It is a complete mess, employees are constantly stressed out, the work environment is very negative. Employees get promoted based on who they are friends with and whether they come in to work on the weekends. This company is honestly only a decent option for frsh college grads with no experience or experienced professionals who are so incompetent that no other company will hire them. Smarter colleagues leave after a short period of time to get a real job.

Our trainee program requires paid 49,5 work hours per week. As our organisation is just three years operating in the US and our location network is constantly growing we are promoting many recent graduates in responsible positions. These are fast career opportunities for many but sometimes can be misunderstood by few. I would like to listen and learn how you feel about working at Sixt. Please contact me. Kind regards Gaddy Fernandez

High speed, high energy

Pros

From my first day on, colleagues have been incredibly helpful. There is a training for new employees which helps to get a good overview about the company, afterwards everyone gets their own mentor who helps new employees out during the first weeks and answers all upcoming questions. Everybody is working on a high speed, decisions are made quickly and there is lots of room for new ideas.

Cons

It'd be great if working hours were more flexible.
