Pros

Nice benefits, calm atmosphere (at first), fresh fruit brought in often

Cons

Management is easily threatened by and believes office gossip that tends to be factually true about 9 percent of the time. It gets even worse when you notice that management actively participates in these rumors. Or that except for maybe one or two people, every employee that is no longer there has been fired/left on bad terms. You might think that you won't be one of those people, but the HR department specializes in blindside firings. Be very careful about what you say because it most likely will be twisted and used against you. At least in court you have a lawyer to defend you, at Sixt you have no one.

Pros

I like the creative marketing strategies of the company and the unique design of the branches and uniforms. The cars are also very nice.

Cons

Constant pressure and criticism from management. The managers are fresh out of college and do not have the skills or knowledge to lead a team. The atmosphere at work is very negative, many employees are looking for opportunities elsewhere.

Pros

Sadly everything that should be a positive, the brand is fresh in the US market, positioned as a luxury renter of BMW and MB at competitive rates and a great career opportunity as a well funded start up, are compromised by leadership. Pros only exists if you are a young female who's mastered the are of saying yes.

Cons

Leadership consist of one person dictating and everyone else following. Most of management is selected on their ability to follow the program blindly. Management is for the most part under qualified creating false loyalty. Everyone who leaves feels relief those who stay have few choices. Moral is terrible. Favoritism is rampant.
