Had a good team and the customers were mainly nice, it was a good learning experience and I was able to communicate well with my team and the customers because I improved on my people/communication skills.

Cons

It was unfortunate i got layed off because the silzzlers at the metro location got shut down.

I enjoy working for Sizzler because there are a lots of challenges on a very fast phase enviroment, high quality standards are a must towards our customers and peers. Resilience is a key to love your job every day.

Cons

As usual on restaurant business, I would say I miss enjoying holidays with my family.
