management was well trained and consistent. Work flow seemed to work smoothly and everyone pretty much knew their role. Good place to work or start your career

Cons

Management was always on top of overtime, and never allowed it. there was grandfathered employees in the back of house. so the chance for a promotion on the line would take years.

The reason why I was loyal and will always stay loyal to Sizzler is because theyou were willing to give me, as well as others a chance. They didn't look so much at what you use to be, as they did what you are now and who you want to be.

Cons

Long hours with little recognition for managers, and the amount of effort and time they take to improve numbers for the restaurant.
