Pros

It's fun to interact with customers and a pleasure to serve them. My Co-workers work equally hard and are the best at what they do. It is truly a pleasure all around working at Sizzler.

Cons

The occasional dissatisfied, or upset customer.

Sizzler is a nice place to work if you want to learn a lot and be under paid.

Pros

Working in the corporate office I was able to transfer to and learn different positions which helped with career development. Also, with it being an international company I was able to learn about consolidations.

Cons

Upper management are the only ones to get paid well and they get perks on top of that such as a car allowance, medical allowance and bonuses. There is no 401K match and the employee portion for medical insurance was a bit higher than other places.
