We don't get discounts, but are treated fairly.

Pros

They are flexible wih their hours to fit your needs. The managers like to have fun when they can, and joke around with everyone.

Cons

No discounts on food, or any other benefits. Bad employees are ignored and just given less hours, and when you are written up they don't inform you for weeks, if ever.

The positive environment, variety in guests and employees, great options in positions for different areas of experience, and a huge (awesome) company to impress and gain success in.

Cons

It is such a big company, so its hard to know who to impress if you want the raise or promotion.

It's fun to interact with customers and a pleasure to serve them. My Co-workers work equally hard and are the best at what they do. It is truly a pleasure all around working at Sizzler.

Cons

The occasional dissatisfied, or upset customer.
