      Pros

      Skanska has a great structure as a corporate construction company. And have you checked the activity going on in our world of building in the bay area, tons of work and I am still on payroll, yippee!!!

      Cons

      Unfortunately, since being removed off a joint venture project in Cupertino. We the employees have been grounded at home. Sadly, our operation direct reports don't have much to report, but rightfully so...We have no work.

      Pros

      I love my company. Great benefits. Great lifestyle. Great working environment with great staff. Salary is decent but stock options and 401k are elite class.Low turnover among employees.

      Cons

      Commuting to jobs can be bad sometimes. Its the nature of the work. You dont know where the next job will be. To get ahead you often have to relocate to where the next job is.
