      Great benefits, global network, recognizable name and some good people

      Cons

      dont even try switching careers, there is opportunity for growth but it is VERY difficult and def NOT to another department. management is weak and can't make decisions and they lack a human side

      There was alot of responsibility given to an intern The people working for the company are great The atmosphere is amazing

      The pay was only average, could have been a bit higher There was some busy work, but nothing too remedial
