      Pros

      Large, established, secure company. Professional organization with strong ties to construction industry. Huge opportunity to capitalize on well-structured business strategy. Some very interesting projects, supportive of professional development and offered a great deal of training.

      Cons

      I honestly don’t have a whole lot to complain about. Salary is not the absolute best in the industry but is still fair. Can be stressful because jobs are sometimes understaffed.

      Pros

      Great Selection of Clients (especially compared to smaller companies) Very professional Fair Salary Flexible work schedule depending on your project lead They make a solid effort at trying to develop you I appreciate the effort they put into safety and sustainability Really understanding people work here, young crowd, and not stuck in the old way of thinking

      Cons

      Promotions and awards seem to be based on "feel" and highly depend on the team you get placed on Being that it is such a large company, you must do some self-promotion to get your name out there There were some policies implemented that were for feel good reasons rather than the pursuit of tangible results Development could be better and smarter, but Skanska does legitimately have your best interest at hand
