      Great Co-workers on Project Teams Relaxed Environment Good Safety Culture

      Cons

      Because a good deal of projects outside of Seattle it can mean long commutes. Can feel isolated from main office if you are on one of the "teams" for sustaining accounts in Renton, Everett, or Redmond

      Been here 5 years and have a proven myself as a leader

      Cons

      Upper management does not value people below them, not transparent, no mentoring, no training, no team building. They talk of work life balance but really don’t believe in it. Don’t hire enough people to get a good flow in a project.
