      Some very interesting projects, most employees are motivated, sincere, hard working; company values its above board reputation, profits are distributed (not just held at top ), inclusive, top management clearly working to improve company

      Policies and procedure growth is stifling innovation, lack of new work in some divisions is drying up advancement opportunities
