A top GC in the US and internationally. Interesting projects. Great opportunities to learn through working on these great projects. Good benefits and competitive salaries/bonuses.

Cons

Very lofty values are rarely modeled by company management.

They try to make it a good atmosphere They're upfront about their policies so you're not going to be surprised

Cons

They can make you move A LOT, to follow projects. For settled people it might just be that they fly you back every weekend but you're still not going to be in your own bed for a lot of your career There can be seriously painful amounts of downtime if projects don't line up so the boredom can be nigh unbearable at times Pay is not amazing
