Pros

Great culture with commitment to customers, employees and sustainability. Very ethical - The company does the right thing "when no one is looking". Very innovative environment. Always looking for ways to improve our operations and develop our talent. strong leadership team that has been in place for a while. excellent customer focus leads to lots of repeat business.

Cons

sometimes manages to the "lowest common denominator". - which adds unnecessary policies and procedures. Needs to have more trust in their people and teams. Support services are sometimes given too much input over operations and project teams.
