      Pros

      Everybody in the office is very good about making you feel welcome. Very respectable Co-Workers. Nobody talks down to you or acts like they know more than you. You genuinely get a feel that everybody you're working with wants to help you learn.

      Cons

      If work is slow or limited, expect to be sitting around staring at your computer.

      Good work life balance and great opportunities for advancement. Leadership is very open to new ideas and concerns and they really listen. It is a big company with a small company feel

      Cons

      Need to get caught up in the IT department and up & coming technologies for field personnel.
