Work isn't challenging, processes can be long and drawn out and more excessive than needs to be.

Great people. Worked on a joint venture and couldn't tell who worked for which company unless they wore a company shirt. the office did a great job of uniting three companies into one team.

Cons

The JV was losing money on this particular project. Either way, no complaints about the work, the work load, or the management.
