Business Outlook
Pros
The DC group is definitely on the up. Recent hires have been plentiful but very beneficial to the momentum of the office. Projects are interesting and challenging. Great use of incorporating technology and modern building techniques. Work life balance is very fair so far. They really do value employees, safety and their strong morals.
Cons
Big corporation, so red tape, politics, etc. come with the territory. Foreign owned- Take that as you will, but the Europeans are definitely ahead of us in many ways and it helps to have this tie to the business on an international scale. Lots of new hires from engineers up through management.
