      Pros

      Workplace can be informal and you will likely work with a diverse group of people. There are a lot of good people working for the company

      Cons

      Extremely long and demanding work hours with very little regard for personal time or mental health. The culture varies by project but there are some very toxic work environments and there's a lot expected from you with little in return.

      Great 401k, generous vacation and PTO, competitive salary, stock sharing and job retention because its construction

      Cons

      8 years no raises Constantly having duties added to your position with no compensation No formal training for upward mobility No formalized career path to move up or around in the company Recently our IT dept was forced to takeover the call centers overnight 27/7 on call shifts. The call center got 2 hours of OT as a bonus for their on call shifts. They didnt offer our dept anything. Just do the job 2 weeks a year because they couldnt be bother to figure how to pay non-exempt people OT when they had holiday weeks and didnt work a full 40 hours Requiring on-call shifts but not disclosing it until an employee starts working
