      Pros

      Skanska is a great looking company with world wide coverage and conducts amazing engineering feats. Exciting to come aboard and b apart of a big company.

      Cons

      In the San Francisco Bay Area, not so much.... As the local market ramps up for what industry people are calling the next big "Building Boom", Skanska has no market share, Zero.

      Low income. Slow to develop. Heavy work load compared to number of people.

      Good entrepreneural spirit and people more than willing to put in an effort. Good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Not many downsides as long as youre an engineer with a preference for construction.
