      They reward you fairly for the work you put in, they put safety and compliance above all else, and have a focus on sustained performance.

      Cons

      Their approach to business lacks pragmatism and all risk is treated equally meaning a disproportion approach to minor risk which hinders effective delivery and does not mitigate significant risk well. There appears to be a lack of clear strategy (market focus, capitalisation, targeted development of people) and low improvement drive; a number siloed OUs.
