      More than a supervisor

      Pros

      Very good training on offer, management are easily approachable and give good positive feed back.

      Cons

      Over worked, not enough middle management so a lot of the work ends up divided between supervisors. I spent 7yrs as a supervisor on the Highways for other company's but at Skanka a supervisor role is a lot more of a contact management position with a supervisor pay.
