      Pros

      Safety is always the number one concern Decent pay, following the market Good benefits in terms of for example stock options.

      Cons

      When I worked there, there was a big big rift between management and the operational workers. They just didn't seem to get along, which seems like a big issue in this business overall.

      Good supportive teams and management Good opportunities to be developed Good salary Challenging and interesting projects Work life balance is great!

      Inconsistent approach to staff climbing the ladder - you often find CM's and PM's performing the same role The management approach is soft which is ultimately (in my opinion) is making the company less profitable The roles are mixed, a CM could be expected to do:- site management, package management, design management and be heavily involved in the commercial reviews. When an individual is trying to do all of the above you often find they do not do any one role very well.
