      cool projects, great clients, looks good on your resume when you decide to leave

      Cons

      mentally and emotionally abusive work environment for many, zero focus on staff development, no actual concern about diversity/inclusion, abysmal management/communication skills, unethical staff (affairs, dishonesty, throwing teammates under the bus, rewarding admittedly bad behavior with massive bonuses), no work/life balance, and unbelievably callous HR who just works to protect the company and get rid of "problems"
