      Pros

      Heavy hitter in the construction field, great experience and good for a resume builder. Pay is on par with other companies, but the expectations are much higher. You will work with companies and clients only accessible to large contractors.

      Cons

      There is no work/life balance. New staff and managers are selected based on resume only. While new staff may have more technical abilities, the caliber of people willing to relocate here are typical of those only looking out for themselves. Our client base is shrinking due to egocentric personalities unable and unfit to build clientele relationships.
