Thrilled to have found "my home" with SkinSpirit! This is a company with a real people-first mindset - supporting the internal teams and serving the clients is always top priority and creates an amazing culture. The corporate team is very transparent, collaborative, and growth oriented.

Cons

SkinSpirit corp team is not a good fit for you if you aren't excited to work cross-functionally and / or willing to work dynamically across the business.

As part of a growing and dynamic organization, it's hard to balance all that needs to be done and have boundaries around personal time too.

Very supportive working environment, that is focused on creating a positive culture for its employees, as well as growth. I've been with the company for 5 years, and have no intention of every leaving. I've never loved a job or company more than I do with SkinSpirit.

Cons

There are high expectations for all positions.
