Operation/Management department: this department consists of best friends that gossip all day instead of doing their job, they are all very unhelpful and the first to throw you under the bus but will tell you they have your back so they don't look bad. When I first started, I was told to not reach out to HR because my direct manager didn't like HR, instead my manager "handled" any issues, which really meant that she swept them under the rug and never got anything accomplished. I was told to always give positive feedback even if I didn't have any. When I gave honest feedback to a corporate partner about something new that wasn't working, I was reprimanded by my manager and reminded to only say positive things. Management spends their time calling clinic managers to get the latest gossip. No follow through with actual work tasks. RM management has no backbone and no idea how to do their job so instead fills their day with unnecessary meetings to look busy and then never gets back to you on important issues regarding you or your team. Tells you that if you don't hear back, keep bugging them until they reach out. I bugged management for months about an issue and never received so much as an emailed response that they would get back to me. Managers will fire you without cause, hold out on reaching out to you until they gain the confidence to fire you, then fire you without documentation, warning, or reason. They will make anything up to get rid of you including making up fake reasons to get rid of you. HR department: useless because they side with the regional managers or corporate team Corporate team knows nothing factual about what's going on in the clinics because management tries to hide anything negative instead of dealing with things. Corporate management holds med providers to a different standard like they can do no wrong and then talk badly behind their backs and to the provider's managers. Turnover is bad within most clinics- regarding all positions: clinic managers, assistant managers, administration, med providers, and aestheticians The culture is awful! Full of gossiping women in leadership roles that are unable to lead. You will 100% work weekends even if told you will not. They changed bonus guidelines over halfway through the year, making it impossible for managers to hit their yearly bonus so they didn't have to pay anyone out. The majority of the good reviews on here are from the marketing team trying to save their rating.
