Pros
The staff. Besides the founders, the company has many bright, thoughtful and creative team members, who are a pleasure both at and outside of work. Unfortunately, many of them quit because of the horrible environment! Also some flexibility in work hours, which I guess is a plus.
Cons
Where to start? Ellen Diamant is, in a word, toxic. Want some ownership over your work? Forget about it! Respect? Good luck! The way this woman speaks to people is absolutely unacceptable - completely rude, demeaning and unprofessional. We're talking borderline verbally abusive here. It's amazing anyone lets this lady run a company and manage a staff.
