Pros

Skip Hop has been on a steady trajectory of growth and there are plenty of opportunities to come in and contribute right away. The products are fun and it's always exciting to see parents and kids using them while out and about. The design/product development team really innovates and has been expanding into new product lines and technologies. It truly felt like a family and I would have stayed for much longer if I hadn't moved away from the area.

Cons

Being split on two floors of the building makes it difficult to get to know all the new people, but there are many social functions and other opportunities to meet each other if you choose to participate.
