      - no micromanaging - ability to manage your own day and schedule - 9-5 culture, get out on time - mostly friendly employees

      Cons

      - no opportunity for advancement - management is mess and unapproachable - slackers/underperforming employees do not get fired

      It's a great brand to be associated with, and they do have some wonderful products- pizza on fridays and theme parties once in a while

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart, expect serious micromanagement and constant criticism. Not a good place for parents to work
