Pros

It's a LONG list. Above all else, it's a culture that cares about building team members up. You grow and improve here, in ways that benefit ALL areas of your life. In addition, the office is one-of-a-kind (amazing)! We have meals brought in, lots of snacks, and a fun overall culture. It's very much a work hard, play hard environment. There's lots of potential for moving up into new roles that interest you!

Cons

None, really. For a start up, the company provides an amazing environment for employees.

Pros

Skipio appreciates their employees and helps them feel valued. They focus not just on the company as a whole but the individual employees as well. Great atmosphere. Everyone seems happy to be at work.

Cons

Honestly can't think of anything I would change about Skipio. I can usually find some faults in companies but really am at a loss for cons.

Fast Paced, Exciting, Friendly Environment

Pros

Skipio is a really fast paced working environment, were everybody is dedicated to helping each other build their personal strengths, grow as individuals and in teams. Skipio cares about its employees and how they are progressing vocationally and mentally. The culture is friendly and everybody is way outgoing. The office space is one of the coolest looking offices and a very enjoyable atmosphere to work in. Catered meals almost every day makes working and socializing with other employees fun and easy.

Cons

I used to have the coolest office space but was kicked out to make more room for more employees (not really a con I just really liked that room) . Sometimes when working on projects they get lost in all the noise and busyness. The company seems to try to do everything at once instead of taking time to perfect one thing. one week you might have one project to get done for the whole week the next you'll have 40 but still have the same time frame.
