Cons

Regular growth pains that will happen with any face paced company. It's great to be apart of it! At times it feels expectations are not always clear but this happens in any company.

Pros

Employees and management alike are always looking for ways to grow and improve together. The strengths-based outlook really helps people understand each other and we have invaluable trainings on our strengths. The environment overall is very encouraging and it's clear there's massive potential for growth.

Cons

Sometimes the vision/direction of the company/product is unclear, which means departments don't always seem to be on the same page. People don't always prioritize the same projects and it can prevent us from finishing things efficiently.

Pros

Let me start off by saying that the building itself is beautiful and it's a pleasure to come to work each day. This company is very much into finding and helping you grow your strengths. And as you find your strengths, they will find the job that will better fit your needs based off your strengths, which makes me feel appreciated and like my voice & needs matter.

Cons

It's a new company, in the babyhood stage per se, started from the ground up. They are still working on getting structure into their procedures. At times, it can feel chaotic as they work their way through organization and implementation.
