Pros

The culture at Skipio is fantastic. I can genuinely say that I enjoy working alongside all of the people here. Before Skipio, I was working at a place with a negative vibe, and Skipio is not that. It has been a pleasant change of pace and has made a difference that has translated to positive changes in other aspects of my life. The building we work in is unique as well. An old flour mill renovated to be office space, and it is pretty awesome. Catered meals during the week is a nice perk of working here as well. Overall, Skipio is a great place to work, with a lot of great opportunity for growth.

Pros

The location is amazing and makes for a great work environment. The people are awesome! Everyone opinions and thoughts and valued and taken into consideration. I have always felt listened to and like i was apart of a family. Everyone meets together often and we are always setting goals as a company.

Cons

Because it is a start up company sometimes it can be hard to know who you report to/ what your role is exactly.

Pros

I have worked with Skipio for over a year and a half and I can honestly say that is a family. They have a genuine passion for empowering and helping customers succeed. I have loved the culture since the beginning and I really respect and admire each partner. They people I work with are A+ They look for each candidate top strengths, what motivates them and see how Skipio can make that person shine! More companies need to be like Skipio.

Cons

Sometimes the soda machine doesn't give the right amount of syrup for my precious diet coke :)
