Pros

SkuVault has an open conversation feel to it. There isn't a corporate person in a suit barking orders, it's a group huddle. Yes, some decisions are made from the top and handed down. However, there seems to always be a period of team input going into these choices. Potential applicant, if you feel that you are not being appreciated in your current employment or that your talents are wasted and unnoticed... apply to SkuVault. I love what I do and and I believe in our mission and leadership. It is an honor to be apart of this team and I make it personal everyday!

Cons

You have to drive to work and sometimes there can be traffic... also I pay taxes.. I don't think we can stop that :(

Close-knit startup company with the best mid level WMS in the Ecomm industry. I have been here nearly 2 years and still love coming to work everyday. Opinions are respected. Pay/Benefits are good. You are supported and will succeed if you take initiative and have the curiosity to learn new things every day. The team is great to work with and we have always fostered a laid back atmosphere committed to getting the job done. Best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

As we grow (and we are growing exponentially) there will be some pains re processes and guidelines, however that's normal and about the only "con" I can think of.
