Pros

Great environment. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Ideas and recommendations are heard even from someone like me who has only been there a few weeks.

Cons

It's a new company so the processes for everything aren't quite set in stone. I have to hit 20 words so I'm typing nonsense. There really aren't any cons.

Pros

1. Intent to revolutionize inventory management

Cons

1. Company leadership is filled with racist, homophobic, and misogynistic males. This is not constrained in any way by the "HR Department" who is one person who had never worked in HR prior to taking over the role in the company. 2. Have zero ability to focus beyond bright shiny objects, and thus their strategy shifts and veers constantly, leaving any new talent they bring on board second guessing their choice. 3. Inability to form product collaborative sales, marketing, and other partnerships. 4. Trifle with matters that don't actually matter in the long term, adjudicate matters which don't make a difference.

Pros

Remote work, flexibility, and consistent hours diverse client base.

Cons

grandstanding not enough transparency. SkuVault could stand to benefit from adopting conventional wisdom and more communication and structure. The company does not have a bigger-picture mindset or transparency with employees. On top of this, the culture does not foster camaraderie with the team or other co-workers. The low pay with expectations of no overtime hours is another lackluster quality that could be improved with mediocre benefits. This is the kind of company you probably just get a gig at in the meantime while you look for something better.
